IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND TERMS OF BOOKING
Charges are £30 per hour (£45 per hour after midnight) with a minimum charge of 2 hours, and an additional set-up charge of £20. Partial hours will be rounded up to the nearest complete hour. If the location of your party or event is outside of a 20 mile driving radius of Westonzoyland, additional mileage will be charged at £1 per mile.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required when making your booking, with the balance payable in cash upon our arrival at the start of your party or event. Bookings will not be confirmed until the booking form and deposit has been received, which must be at least 1 week prior to your party or event date. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Westonzoyland Carnival Club’ and your payment and Booking Form should be returned to Matt Spurrell, 19b Fore Street, Westonzoyland, Bridgwater, Somerset TA7 0EE
