Dorset Police have made the decision to ban night time movement of carts. Now Somerset Police are discussing the matter! We urge you all to follow the link below and sign the petition so that ministers have a look into it. Hopefully then, Dorset Police will retract their decision to ban such movements!

Westonzoyland May Day Fete was opened by the May Day King and Queen who attend the village junior school. A great day was had by all with displays from the Majorettes and Village dance group. The "car booters" were out in force with many bargains up for offer and the vintage car rally took many back to their childhoods.

Began dismantling/taking lamps out on the 9th. Finished stripping tractor on the 23rd and it was sold and gone by the 27th, motiv8 CC of Yeovil bought it for £3800. Timmer and Spraggsie looked at a replacement tractor in Bridport on the 25th but it was decided it was not the right one too buy. "Dave" was voted in on the 27th.
