In February 2010, our Treasurer Lisa Gilbert handed over a cheque for £1570 to the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance. This money was collected during the run-up to Christmas by Father Christmas and his helpers, when his sleigh travelled around Westonzoyland, Bridgwater and many other villages in the Sedgemoor area. The club was delighted to have supported such a worthwhile charity this year, and would like to thank everyone who supported the collection, making this the largest amount that we have ever been able to donate to charity.
